Southeast of downtown Houston, Texas. William P. Hobby Airport is Houston's second commercial airport and is known for being compact and easy to navigate.
HOU has one main terminal with a central departures concourse and a west concourse. Southwest checks in on the west side of the main terminal, and the other airlines check in on the east side.
Parking is close to the terminal in two garages, and the uncovered Ecopark lot has a free shuttle. Free Airport WIFI covers the terminal and the garages. The only lounge is a USO lounge for active military personnel near gate 44.

Southwest ticketing is on the west side of the main terminal, level 2. All other airlines check in on the east side.
International arrivals use a separate concourse in the terminal. Check your boarding pass for the gate.
HOU is a single terminal, so you walk between the central and west concourses after security. Allow a few extra minutes if you are connecting.
There is no direct rail station at HOU. A free HOU Connector bus runs about every 30 minutes to the Fannin South METRORail station, where you can board the Red Line to downtown Houston, the Texas Medical Center and Hermann Park. Check METRO's current schedule before you go.

Rideshare and taxis use the curbside on two levels at the front of the terminal.
The terminal garages cost $1 for the first 10 minutes and $5 for up to an hour. The daily maximum is $25, including tax. Ecopark is $10 for 16 minutes to 24 hours, and valet is $30 per day. Rates include tax.
