Checkpoints and tips

All TSA checkpoints open at 3:30 a.m. daily, and the airport is open 24 hours. Each terminal has its own checkpoint, and both have TSA PreCheck lanes. CLEAR+ lanes are also available at both checkpoints.

  • Terminal A PreCheck lanes run from 3:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. Terminal B PreCheck lanes run from 3:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. The checkpoint at Terminal B closes earlier in the evening.
  • The airport recommends arriving 90 minutes before a domestic flight, and two hours during peak travel times.
  • If your PreCheck lane is closed, show your PreCheck boarding pass to receive expedited screening in a standard lane.
