The airport's own history page says Allegiant and United are in Concourse A, and American, Delta and JetBlue have gates in Concourse B. The page is older than the current schedule, so check your gate on the day you fly.

The economy lot runs a free shuttle to the terminal around the clock. Construction in front of the terminal has moved shuttle pick-up to the curb near the baggage-claim exit. Walk across the street from baggage claim, and follow the signs and security staff, because the former commercial lane across the street is now used for shuttles.
