Northwest Arkansas National Airport is at One Airport Boulevard, near Highfill and Bentonville, Arkansas. It serves Bentonville, Fayetteville, Springdale and Rogers, which together make up the Northwest Arkansas region.
XNA has one central TSA checkpoint that serves all gates, and a $36.5 million terminal renovation is nearing completion. A western concourse expansion and a new parking deck are being planned.
Parking runs from $8 per day in Economy to $35 per day in Premium Plus, and the first hour is free in most standard lots. A free shuttle serves the terminal, the parking garages and the rental car facility.
Free Wi-Fi covers the terminal. The Escape Lounge is after security, and the checkpoint is open from about 3:45 a.m. to 8:30 p.m., with posted wait estimates of 11 minutes for the general line and 7 minutes for TSA PreCheck.

One central TSA checkpoint serves all gates. The Escape Lounge is opposite the checkpoint, next to the walkway to Gates A1 to A12.
The airport lists the Escape Lounge as after security in Concourse B. Other listings place it opposite the checkpoint, so confirm the exact location on the airport map.
Local reporting in June 2026 described a planned western concourse expansion and a new parking deck, which will likely include a new rental car facility.
XNA has one central checkpoint for all gates, so you do not need to find a separate security area for each concourse. Allow walking time between gates, and check your gate on the departure screens.
A complimentary shuttle serves the terminal, the parking garages and the rental car facility, with runs about every 20 minutes.
Uber and Lyft are the only transportation network companies serving XNA. The airport charges them $2 per pickup and $2 per drop-off, which rises by 50 cents a year over the next four years, approved by the airport board in June 2026.

There is no direct bus into the terminal. Take a shuttle, taxi or rideshare to the nearest bus stop in Rogers.
